Contract Business Analyst
Salary: £400 per day - £500 per day
Location: Waterbeach / Hybrid (2 days remote and three onsite per week)
Our prestigious client is currently searching for a Business Analyst on a six-month contract to assist with a software development and systems integration program involving a mixture of custom and off-the-shelf packages.
A successful candidate will ideally possess proven experience with Lean methodologies, warehouse management systems, logistics, and transportation.
Requirement gathering and stakeholder management are also key parts of this role.
A suitable candidate will have the following experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on Lean methodologies and value stream mapping. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics and transportation. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related discipline is highly desirable. Experience in facilitation of workshops and meetings to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of IT systems and project analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
