Contract Director

London £80,000 - £90,000 per annum Z-Tech are looking for a Contract Director to join their senior management team based in London. This is a key leadership role where you will drive operational excellence, manage complex contracts, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations. If you're an experienced senior leader with a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. Key skills: Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative culture across internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leadership: Proven ability to provide strategic direction and inspire teams to achieve project objectives. Contract Management: Demonstrated experience managing similar forms of NEC contracts, managing contractual obligations, compensation events, and resolving disputes effectively. Project Delivery: Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations. Negotiation: Skilled in leading negotiations and adapting to changes in terms and conditions with agility. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Problem Solving: Resourceful problem solver with a keen eye for identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly. Requirements: NEBOSH ILM – Leadership and Management. HND/HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Over 6 years’ experience undertaking a senior leadership role, ensuring guidance and best practice in contract delivery. Knowledge and experience of working in accordance with CDM regulations. Demonstrated practical experience in managing maintenance contracts within critical infrastructure for over 6 years.
