Become a pivotal part of our organisation as a Contract Hire & Leasing Support Executive. You will play a vital role in enabling seamless operations and exceptional service for our leasing and contract hire clients. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry and fleet management. Your primary responsibilities will include: Processing leasing applications, ensuring compliance with company protocols and accuracy. Maintaining and updating internal CRM systems with contract details and customer information. Responding promptly to client queries, resolving lease agreements inquiries professionally. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline leasing processes and enhance client satisfaction. Generating and reviewing reports on contract performance and customer feedback. Key Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in a support or administrative role within the automotive or leasing sector. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. An adaptable, proactive approach with the capability to work independently and meet deadlines. A solid understanding of GDPR and compliance matters relating to contract management.
