As a
Contract Hire & Leasing (CH&L) Support Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Volkswagen Passenger Cars' CH&L network. Your focus will include engagement, forecasting, market insights, and leasing portal management. Working within the Volkswagen Group Business Centre, you’ll ensure seamless operations and drive performance across the CH&L network. Key Responsibilities
Handle Inbound Queries:
Manage fleet sales, vehicle availability, customer support, and more for the CH&L network. Engage with Leasing Companies:
Proactively collaborate with smaller LeaseCos through quarterly meetings to discuss performance and opportunities. Manage the Leasing Portal:
Update and maintain content, working with the VW product team to gather essential information. Forecasting & Market Insight:
Analyse stock and market data, delivering insights to inform CH&L strategies. Drive Compliance:
Ensure adherence to data privacy, information security, and customer service standards. Future Opportunities
Conduct competitor analysis, focusing on the Personal Contract Hire (PCH) space. Deliver professional presentations on performance, market trends, and strategic actions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the CH&L network. What We’re Looking For
