This role will be a mixture of onsite working in Bristol and also remote home-based working.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide expert HR advice to managers on a range of employment matters including case management and change programmes.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: CIPD Level 5 and above qualified Expert HR knowledge Employee Relations and Pay and Reward experience Change Management including restructures and TUPE Project experience Experience of a Trade Union based environment Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Rate of Pay: £46 per hour on an umbrella company basis.
