We have a new opportunity for a Contracts Lawyer to join a dynamic, innovative National Law Firm in Bristol. Within this role, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and compliance specialists to ensure firm-wide compliance.
Some responsibilities:
Liaise with stakeholders regarding risk-related issues
Assist senior staff with strategic and operational issues (e.g., root cause analysis investigations and transformational change projects)
Review firm-wide policies and procedures
Provide advice regarding client terms of engagement and bid proposals
Lead on matters relative to professional regulations
Support colleagues with claims handling
Address complaints relative to the internal complaint procedures
