We have two exciting opportunities as Contract Lead (Strategic procurement-contracting) in Company's Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) business unit consisting of approx 720 employees worldwide. Join one of our PSR teams creating value through global, safe and sustainable end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the right materials and services, at the right time, with the right quality. Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks both in contract establishment and management. Job Responsibilities: The need is within these two teams: MOBILE & FIXED UNITS (MFU) : MFU consists of a diverse and highly skilled team of around 25 resources reporting to the MFU category, mainly located in Stavanger and Bergen, in addition to Oslo, Aberdeen, Rio, and St. Johns. The category includes 3 category segments: Mobile drilling Units, Drilling fixed and UID/ROV+XTWH. Drilling Well Services (DWS) : DWS consists of a diverse and highly skilled team of around 40 resources reporting to the DWS category, mainly located in Stavanger and Bergen, with also colleagues internationally in Brazil, Scotland, USA, and Canada. As Contract Lead within these categories, you will be responsible for both contract establishment and contract management connected to our Drilling and Well activities. Your Experience and Qualifications: – Education: Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent. – Qualities and experience: We are looking for dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders, being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability, and being a caring colleague. – Experience from strategic procurement/contracting processes is essential. – Digital skills: Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage. – Proficiency in English and Norwegian.
