The Healthcare & Education Division of OCS Group has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Contract Manager with a real flair for food at one of its prestigious contracts in West London. OCS is recognised throughout the world as a market leader within the Healthcare and Education sector. The role is responsible for leading a team of employees to provide an integrated Soft FM service with a

strong bias to Catering

services (Cook Fresh and Cook Freeze) for an NHS Mental Health contract located in the West London Region; managing all operational teams employed to ensure efficient and effective Catering and Cleaning services; delivering services provisions in line with agreed budgets and service specifications; monitoring and reporting on the quality of service and financial performance of the contract, to include service reporting, KPI management and record keeping whilst driving innovation in service delivery to the client. This high-profile NHS Exemplar status contract has a revenue of c£6m across 27 sites. OCS is now looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong catering background and a real passion for Fresh cook operations, supported with Cleaning service knowledge; ideally (but not essential) within a Mental Health services background. This is an ideal opportunity for a contract manager that really wants to put their stamp on the service delivery within the Catering service stream. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement operational procedures for the company. Provide strategic and tactical support to all sites within assigned portfolio of work. Ensure ISO compliance on-sites in the managed portfolio. Oversee the management of Catering & Cleaning services provided by both staff and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the service level agreements and budgetary considerations. Develop and maintain relationships with client/end user decision makers. Support on the design and delivery of innovative menus. Passionate about service user feedback and striving to deliver award-winning catering services. Ensure professional quality of service delivery and compliance with legislative requirements. Assist in the development of proposals including client liaison, input into design and developing of service delivery proposals and business growth. Ensure compliance with all aspects of the contracts, and responsible for all aspects of health and safety on site. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Operational knowledge of budgets and P&L accounts. Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, persuasion, and motivation). Proven experience of managing outsourced commercial contract Catering & Cleaning (additionally Security would be a benefit but not essential). Excellent organisational skills. Lateral thinker (innovation). Knowledge of NHS 2021 Cleaning standards. Food Safety Level 3 (Level 4 Desired). Evidence of a previous career path in the catering profession. Computer literate – Microsoft packages including Excel, Power BI and the use of people management software. IOSH. Social values knowledge (Desired). IWFM Membership (Desired). Multi-Site management experience (Desired). Educated to degree level (desirable). CORE EXPECTATIONS

To comply with all health and safety regulations and to ensure that any incidents or concerns are reported to the line manager, with safety audits undertaken. Holds and maintains a full UK driving license with the ability to travel to multiple sites. Perform audits/management across all contract sites are actioned.
