Role:
Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Contract Manager to join their management team. As a Contract Manager, you will be managing reactive repairs, disrepair, and voids across a contract that spans South London.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will have a team reporting to you that consists of a repairs manager, supervisors, planners, admin, and operatives.
Experience: Client contract delivery, customer relationships, and management of relevant teams Creating a work-safe culture Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time Good communicator with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors Must have good IT skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally) A flexible, "can do" attitude and a desire to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports Must be able to manage H&S, quality, and programme performance on projects Key Skills: Experience in a similar role within a tier 1 maintenance contractor P&L, cash flow, and cost management Creating a work-safe culture Good communicator with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors A flexible, "can do" attitude and a desire to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to see real progression and is keen to work with a growing and developing business.
