Permanent, Full time Remote Working / visits to customer sites and Royal Mail Operational sites such as our Hubs. An exciting role has arisen to join Royal Mail as a Sales Contract Manager. The Sales Contract Manager is responsible for managing large or complex customer contracts or agreements, which need expertise to meet specific terms. This is a customer-facing role and the Contract Manager will work alongside the Sales Account Director/Account Manager to deliver value for both Royal Mail and Customers as well as ensuring specific contractual terms are met. About The Role

In this position you'll: Ensure the contract terms between RM and the customer are met. Cross-functional interventions to deliver quality and/or other agreed SLA metrics. Conduct regular customer reviews to provide an effective forum to manage the delivery of the contract. Maximise contribution and reduce loss. Identify and manage new opportunities or risks. Management of key issues including change management, site/service take-on, variations to contract, contingency planning, etc. Providing customer intelligence and insight. Seek improvement opportunities to maximise efficiency and/or revenue. About You

You'll inspire and communicate with enthusiasm and passion even in difficult situations. You'll be commercially shrewd, with a challenger attitude that is focused on getting the best deal for RMG. You'll have strong forecasting, reporting and analytical skills with an ability to interpret metrics to drive performance improvement. You'll have a strong understanding of Royal Mail products and operational pipeline. Experience

Sales/Contract and Service Management Experience. Good understanding of Royal Mail products and services. Proven track record of consistent delivery against targets. Qualifications
