Head up the company's contract management team Responsible for preparing tenders and price summaries from Schedules of Rates Produce specifications and create CAD scheme drawings based on Occupational Therapists' recommendations Office-based role with site visits into London Bonus, car, life insurance, pension, holiday, and wellbeing packages available
The Person: Contract management experience Experienced working with the Schedule of Rates, in particular NHF 6.2 Experience working on homes and maintenance works Full driving license Commutable to Enfield
