Contract Manager

to join the team at our multi-customer site in

Wynyard.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing, Operations Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, as well as a strong focus on the day-to-day operations of the contracts This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll be predominately working Monday – Friday… however some flexibility would be great, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of

£45,000

per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a workplace pension, and many other perks. What

you’ll do on a typical day: To ensure agreed targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements. To continually control cost to ensure the multi- user cost centre operationally meets or exceeds budget targets. To monitor the multi-user operational activities ensuring that contractual obligations for customers are achieved, generating solutions for improvement where necessary. To formulate and maintain a multi-user structure to meet business needs and ensure the best possible people are recruited, selected and performance managed in line with legal and fair processes. To manage customer perception through meeting service levels, ensuring service failures are communicated effectively and that recurring issues are resolved.
