HVAC Contracts Manager - Hybrid Working
Up to £70,000 + Private Healthcare, 24 Days Holiday, company pension A small, yet established HVAC provider is currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial contracts and manage a team within the London area. The company specializes in the maintenance and installation of commercial air conditioning and boiler services across a variety of clients including commercial offices, hotels, universities, and hospitals. The managing director is a previous engineer who has spent 40+ years in the industry and worked for some of the leading organizations, with a very successful history of developing businesses. Expect a results-driven way of management with a lot of flexibility offered. Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of commercial contracts. Manage a team within the London area. Ensure maintenance and installation of HVAC systems. Generate extra works and manage projects. Minimum Requirements: Ideal candidates should have come from an Air Conditioning or Combustion background and should have at least 2-3 years of managing contracts, generating extra works, projects, and managing a team.
