Develop and execute procurement strategies for key packages across onshore renewable energy projects. Identify and prequalify suppliers, contractors, and service providers for solar, wind, BESS, storage, and hydrogen projects. Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs). Evaluate bids, lead negotiations, and manage the selection process to secure optimal terms and conditions. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and commercial requirements. Manage contractual relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-contract phases to execution and delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving disputes or claims in a timely and cost-effective manner. Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, legal, and finance teams, to align procurement and contract activities with project timelines and budgets. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Provide guidance and training to project teams on procurement best practices and contract compliance. Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about market trends, supplier capabilities, and regulatory changes within the renewable energy sector. Identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and process improvements in procurement and contract management. Support the development and implementation of policies, templates, and tools to enhance procurement and contract management practices. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, law, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement and contract management within the renewable energy sector, particularly onshore assets (solar, wind, BESS, storage, hydrogen). Strong understanding of the supply chain, logistics, and key components of renewable energy projects. Experience negotiating and managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) contracts. Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry standards for onshore renewable energy projects. Seniority Level
