We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Watford. Day to Day:
This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, pre and post inspections, managing progress, and overall responsibility for the operations of reactive repairs. Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Management of multiple contracts across NW London. Experience working with housing associations and managing housing repairs and voids. Ability to manage daily workload and prioritise repair requests. Capability to work independently and deliver a complete repairs & voids service. Client liaison, management of contracts, and adherence to SLAs. Previous experience in this role is essential. A trade background would be beneficial. Please apply through Ryan Smart
