Contracts Manager
Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national property services/building maintenance contractor. They specialise in painting, property maintenance and refurbishments. As a result of their success, they are seeking a proven Contracts Manager with a painting/decorating background for their office in the Romford area.
Role:
To ensure smooth operation of a painting/decorating and cyclical repairs contract from start to completion.
You will be responsible for the control and management of supervisors, working foreman, direct operatives, and sub-contractors to ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget.
You will also be client facing and have strong experience within the social housing sector delivering painting and decorating/cyclical decs contracts.
Essential:
Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role and sector Holds the relevant qualifications Must hold a current SMSTS or associated NVQ Essential to have experience of painting/decorating contracts and working within Social Housing industry Must have experience of working with Direct Labour workforce Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office Must be flexible in hours of work and travel and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
