TLT are looking for Contract Paralegals, who have a minimum of 6 months of DSAR experience, to support on an ongoing project within the firm. The role will be an initial 3-6 month contract and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company. Ideally candidates will reside in the Bristol region as office attendance is a requirement. This Role As a Paralegal, you will provide support to the team on day to day case work, including the following tasks: Undertake a first level review of Data Subject Access Requests, including redactions, with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed. Using e-disclosure platforms such as Relativity to conduct reviews. Being a team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative, but as part of the team to ensure that the team’s time is being effectively managed to meet deadlines of the existing workload. Reporting into management regularly on the progression of ongoing work. Managing your financial outputs carefully, ensuring changes to time/cost/quality to the project are properly considered and managed. Proven technical ability to identify privilege. Proven technical ability to work on a data subject access request. Experience of using Document Review Platforms such as Relativity. The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues. Excellent communication and self-management skills. Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. Accuracy, good organisational skills, and flexibility.
