As part of this, they are looking to find a talented, committed 'can-do' Contract Recruiter to join their top-tier industry contract recruitment team, based in Edinburgh.
While Construction sector experience would certainly be useful, they are more focused your attitude, skills, commitment and your personality fit into what is a really successful, tight knit and highly successful team Hence, if you have the right stuff and a clear ambition to develop yourself, they would still love to chat if you have recruitment and/or resourcing experience out with Construction, but within a similar contract market sector - or, you have 'Perm' experience in the Construction or Technical sectors.
With a resurgence in demand across Architecture, Electrical & Civil Engineering and Surveying, they are keen to find the right person and then help support and develop you to grow your skills and earning potential on your own successful contracts desk (& client base). You definitely have a great team around you, and excellent agency market reputation and existing client base to help you succeed!
They've got funky, centrally located offices but offer fully flexible working, great holidays with regular team incentives and overseas trips. Not to forget, a very solid package with basic from £26k to £30k (DOE), excellent commission and wider benefits, to ensure you are well rewarded for success and motivated to succeed.
