London, South East We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant who has experience recruiting staff on a temporary basis. This role will involve recruiting all forms of Construction Professionals in many disciplines, including management positions such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Foreman, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Site Managers, and Assistants. There will be freedom to develop and grow your section, with opportunities for a committed Contract/ Temporaries Consultant to establish a high billing desk. We are particularly keen to talk to recruiters with entrepreneurial flair who are fiercely motivated, committed, and passionate about recruitment, with a good working knowledge of the contract/temporaries sector. Even if you have no experience in Construction but possess experience in the temporaries market, we would be keen to talk to you. Pinnacle has a proven track record of training experienced recruiters and developing skills that dramatically increase their billings and earnings. If you understand what is required from a temporaries/contract desk, we want to talk to you. In return, we offer an excellent uncapped monthly commission structure with no fixed seat value.
