Our customer is an established award-winning global manufacturing company operating from prestigious premises in Oldham. On their behalf, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator / Coordinator to join their busy team.

The main purpose will be to actively manage the lifecycle of various contracts to support business activity. This role will also support the Company to ensure the robustness of legal-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the lifecycle management of customer-focused contractual agreements including:

Consignment stock management

Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)

Supply Agreements

Tender documentation

To ensure that the terms and conditions set out in contractual agreements and other Company documents are accurate and in line with Company guidelines and current legislation.

To assist in the review of any external questionnaires/portals as it relates to Company terms.

To monitor and manage the renewal of existing contractual agreements, as well as the introduction of new agreements.

To ensure that externally provided documents are acceptable in relation to Company guidelines, monitoring potential business exposure/risk.

Clarifying and evaluating the needs of the client’s goals with all interested parties, whilst safeguarding the company’s interests.

To ensure that relevant staff and systems are regularly updated with specific information from the contract process.

Conducting investigations into any contractual disputes.

To assist where required with reports and data analysis.

To work cohesively with all other support functions within the wider Company and carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience of managing the lifecycle of contractual agreements preferable.

Strong organisation skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good multitasking skills and ability to problem solve.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good standard of IT literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday.
