Looking for a fresh start in 2025? Our client, a well-established fire protection service in Horsham, is searching for two highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrators to join their growing team.

If you have strong administrative skills and thrive in a customer-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role:

Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations. Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets. Keep clients informed with regular updates on job progress. Update client contract terms via the CRM database. Raise purchase orders for subcontractors. Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations. Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines. The Candidate:

Proven experience in administration (essential). Exceptional customer service skills - you'll be the key point of contact for clients. A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in engineer scheduling (a bonus, but not required). What's in It for You?

Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service - and your birthday off!
