Contract Administrator

to support the Partnerships Manager and the wider team to develop sound financial and non-financial monitoring processes for all responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and compliance contracts. It goes without saying that you must have experience in handling financial information and budgets. With a keen eye for detail, you must be able to analyse and scrutinize quotes to ensure value for money, remembering at all times you are dealing with commercially sensitive information. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the team, which will include answering relevant enquiries about the status of works. As well as providing skilled and knowledgeable support, you will also assist managers at meetings with contractors and consultants. We are on a journey of transforming the way we deliver our services to our customers. If you think you have the right skills and qualities, we’d like to hear from you.
