Join Stoke's Place, Growth and Prosperity Directorate as a Contracts Administrator, supporting school premises and PFI contract management. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensure compliance, and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and contractors. What You'll Be Doing: As a Contracts Administrator, you'll:

Provide comprehensive client representation and monitoring for designated contracts. Assist in managing school premises and PFI contracts to meet contractual obligations and deliver value. Develop and maintain management systems, procedures, and data for contract performance monitoring. Ensure legislative compliance and uphold health and safety standards across school properties. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement service improvements and drive continuous performance enhancements. Validate contractor applications, monitor charges, and process deductions as per agreements. Produce reports, maintain budgets, and support the effective delivery of contract objectives. What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. Experience working in a similar role, preferably in property or asset management. Excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and partners. Proficiency in using property databases and IT tools to support monitoring and reporting. Commitment to delivering high-quality service, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage risks effectively. Why Join Us?
