PAYE - Reference: 5261086 Responsibilities:

Assist in providing a comprehensive client representation and monitoring service and strategic partners in relation to the contracts designated to the PFI Contracts & Premises Management Service. Assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient and effective school premises and PFI contract management for schools, academies and local community (Bentilee) to ensure the Client meets its contractual requirements, maintains positive relationships with contractors and partners and secures best value for customers. Assist in maintaining management systems, procedures and protocols for monitoring the performance of the designated contracts, ensuring that comprehensive data and information pertaining to each contract is regularly collated, maintained, analysed and reported. Support the Team Manager Schools in developing plans, policies and procedures to deliver an appropriate Contract Management Service to meet the Directorate’s objectives. Liaise with Premises Officers within the PFI Contracts & Premises Management Service, contractors, external advisers and consultants as required to secure the delivery of contract objectives to the required quality, time and budget. This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
