Support the Contracts and Procurement Team of a company specialising in the design, delivery, and operation of floating production and mooring systems for the offshore oil and gas industry. This 12-month contract role involves administering framework agreements, managing contractor risk classifications, facilitating performance reviews, and supporting tendering activities. Occasional travel to the Netherlands adds an international element to this position. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and managing the company’s MAXIMO procurement system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Administering framework agreements for services and supplies. Conducting and facilitating contractor performance reviews to ensure quality and compliance. Reviewing and updating contractor risk classifications in line with corporate standards. Supporting tendering activities, including organising tender boards and evaluations. Ensuring compliance with the Corporate Management System (CMS) across all activities. Collaborating with onshore and offshore operations personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination. About You: Strong understanding of contractual processes with exceptional attention to detail and commercial acumen. Relevant qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in contracts administration within the offshore oil and gas industry, including supplier dispute resolution and expediting. Proficient in using MAXIMO or similar procurement systems. Technical knowledge of offshore supplies, services, and logistics. Proactive mindset with the ability to demonstrate added value through innovative solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to travel for short-term overseas business trips. TMM Recruitment INDSCC
