What the role involves
- This will be to support the operations and maintenance portfolio for contracts.
- Reporting to the Contracts Team Lead this position plays a key role in the development and execution of the Contracts Team functional strategy, providing support to key stakeholder.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the overarching O&M contracting strategy, in support of all contracting activities.
- Support across the organisation on matters relating to contracts planning, strategy and performance management.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant experience in contracting within the oil and gas industry, experience in an Operator environment is beneficial but not essential.
- High degree of commercial awareness and fully developed analytical skills in terms of contractual cost analysis.
- Knowledge of information systems such as SAP and highly competent in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in budget and reporting techniques.
Confirmed role details
- This is long term core contract and is available on a PAYE basis for 12 months initially and will be extended on an annual basis.
- Hybrid working is available along with a compressed working schedule.
- Extensive experience in post award contract management.
