We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Asset Manager to join our team and be part of a company that values your contributions and supports your growth. Job Description:

The Contracts Asset Manager will be responsible for improving the financial performance of Customer Value Agreements (CVA) through effective asset management, with a strong emphasis on availability and productivity to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Contract Performance Management:

Oversee overall contract performance and act as the master scheduler for all planned events.

Site Surveys:

Conduct regular visits to customer locations to perform on-site surveys, monitoring conditions that may impact contract performance.

Service Coordination:

Liaise with service operations to execute all planned events, including determining the type of repair required and its location.

Event Execution:

Drive consistent execution of planned events for equipment on contract.

Product Support:

Collaborate with product support operations to develop product health and performance feedback.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to lower operating costs through improved operational and maintenance best practices.

Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing assets to ensure high availability and productivity.

Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes.

Skilled in conducting detailed site surveys and monitoring conditions affecting contract performance.

Ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to support planning and decisions.

Excellent influencing and networking skills, able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications: Relevant experience and certificate in engineering.

Previous experience in a similar role within similar industry environment (desirable).

Approved engineering apprenticeship (desirable).
