We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage and oversee new orders and key projects. Acting as the focal point of contact for customers, you will ensure orders align with quotations, manage order workflows, and maintain accurate reporting to meet delivery timelines. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to mitigating project risks. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct full commercial and technical reviews for new orders. Ensure customer-generated changes are accurately reflected in PO variations (pricing and schedule). Perform contract reviews to verify alignment with quotations and terms and conditions. Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing queries via email, phone, or in-person visits. Organise and attend Customer Kick-Off Meetings and pre-production meetings as required. Provide regular updates and status reports to customers on order progress and deliveries. Liaise with internal departments to address and resolve customer queries effectively. Drive inter-departmental handovers and cross-functional reviews to ensure project success. Support the documentation process to ensure timely approval and clearance. Key Skills and Experience:

Higher National Certificates/Diplomas or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training. Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedural documents. Proficiency in writing reports, correspondence, and presenting effectively to groups. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle variables in non-standardised situations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Planner, Excel, and Word. Why Join Us?
