Key Responsibilities & Accountability
Effective management of all operational requirements and programming to ensure best practice and continuity including responsibility of operational resource levels Be financially accountable for projects, manage operational workforce, including sub-contractors, ensuring that the work is adequately instructed and communicated Provide quotations, estimates, purchase materials and provide technical assistance and support to colleagues in the preparation of quotes and tenders Carry out inspection audits and visit, attend client meetings, ensure excellent customer services and achievement of KPI’s including customer satisfaction, first time fix, productivity, and financial targets Develop relationships with new & existing clients to ensure repeated business Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
