part-time
locum contracts lawyer
on an initial
6-month basis
with the strong likelihood of extension. Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Lawyer role: We are looking for 3+ years' recent experience dealing with the following matters: Advising on procurement and contract law and procedure Drafting/amending draft contracts Advising on JCT contracts Advising on and drafting grant agreements Advising on and recommending amendments to Contract Procedure Rules Commenting on reports Working with our Procurement Officer and relevant client service area lead officers Developing templates and implementing good practices throughout the Council on Procurement and Contracts The role will be a
hybrid working
