About the Commercial Contracts Lawyer role: This role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development within a stable commercial team. The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Advising on all aspects of public procurement Dealing with funding and grant agreements Unsupervised legal research Advising on subsidy control and local government law While it is desirable that the successful candidate will have some experience of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, it is not essential.
