Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South West of England who are looking to hire an interim contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover permanent recruitment.
The role would be fully remote, and the IT equipment can be couriered for the first contracted day.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on contracts and procurement matters. Advise on complex funding agreements. Support on PFI arrangements. Work with social care and IT contracts. Collaborate with local authorities.
Ideal Candidate:
Have at least 5 years PQE. Experienced with complex funding agreements. Ideally have experience with social care and IT contracts. Be able to advise on PFI arrangements. Experienced working for local authorities.
