This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing database systems, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating projects, and monitoring project progress. (Maternity cover – minimum 12 months with the potential for permanent position) Key Responsibilities & Accountability
Coordination of activities across multiple workstreams Allocation of on-site resources Engaging with clients to coordinate their projects from inception to completion Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise Collaborating with clients to continuously define project objectives in accordance with service level agreements Organising all project-related documentation Coordination of subcontractors Preparation of reports Processing of purchase orders and invoicing for projects Updating internal databases Performing all other related administrative duties as necessary
