Due to expansion, our client MARLOWES is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join its claims management team. You will need to have good organisational skills, a strong focus on customer service, and knowledge and experience of managing refurbishment works and insurance-related perils such as fire, flood, escape of water, and storm. They provide insurance claims management and building reinstatement services to insurers and intermediaries. Responsibilities:
Project management Managing claim journey and expectations Managing both employed and subcontract labour Complaint resolution Surveying duties, general peril, large loss & structural repairs Produce accurate schedules/estimates using client scoping tools Undertake audits of completed claims Liaise with our H&S consultants Experience Required:
Knowledge of the insurance industry related to residential (home and commercial) property Technical buildings knowledge Knowledge of health and safety regulations Experience of working in a customer-focused environment Experience in managing both employed and subcontract labour IT literate with the ability to learn new technology Benefits:
