£70,000 - £75,000 + package Location:
Woking, Surrey I have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Southern region near Woking, Surrey. The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment, and restoration projects up to £15m in value. They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high-quality projects. They work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial, and Sports and Leisure. The company has a huge pipeline of work and is looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager. The ideal person will be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes, and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. Experience: Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualification Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor New build and refurbishment experience Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors Ability to achieve successful outcomes through building strong teams who work together for the common good Able to coach and develop team members to a higher level of personal performance Strong commercial skills and awareness Experience in D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts Preconstruction knowledge and able to assist with tendering Full UK Drivers’ license Able to commute to Woking, Surrey on a daily basis If you are a Contracts Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
