Contracts Manager Cheltenham 80k - 85k (depending on experience) + Car allowance The Company A well-regarded construction company based in Cheltenham is looking for an ambitious Contracts Manager to manage the delivery of projects throughout the UK. The type of work this contractor covers is within the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors on projects up to 40 million. This role will be a hybrid position, consisting of working in the office a couple of days and the rest visiting sites. This is a unique opportunity as the construction director wants someone to join the team with the right career aspirations to grow within the current operational team. This role is perfect for an up-and-coming Project/Senior Site Manager looking for the next step in their career. What they are looking for: You will have a D & B construction background with a stable history. Experience in new build and refurbishment projects, ideally in the sectors mentioned above. Flexibility to travel.
