£80k - £85k (depending on experience) + Car allowance
The Company: A well-regarded construction company based in Cheltenham is looking for an ambitious Contracts Manager to manage the delivery of projects throughout the UK. This contractor covers work within the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors on projects up to £40 million.
Role Overview: This is a hybrid position consisting of working in the office a couple of days and visiting sites the rest of the time. This is a unique opportunity as the construction director seeks someone with the right career aspirations to grow within the current operational team. This role is perfect for an up-and-coming Project/Senior Site Manager looking for the next step in their career.
What They Are Looking For:
Experience from a Design & Build construction background with a stable history. New build and refurbishment experience, ideally in the sectors mentioned above. Flexibility to travel.
