Working on commercial projects valued £1 - £15 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, fit out, cut + carve, and refurbishment.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager: Travelling to various sites across London and office based in Essex Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance Acting as main point of contact for clients, project managers, and site Ensuring deadlines are met on time within budget
Requirements for Contracts Manager: Experience working at a principal main contractor as Contracts Manager Experience working on projects valued £1 - £15 million CAT A, CAT B, cut & carve, and commercial experience Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and driven to deliver
