Contracts Manager (Cladding) - Central London - Immediate Start
A specialist Contracts Manager is required to oversee the glazing / cladding packages on multiple new build and refurbishment projects in Central London. Typical project values are between 200k-2m, working on high-profile projects (commercial, residential & leisure).
These projects will include some of the most logistically challenging projects in London, so it will require experience of working in this type of environment. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering background and have managed projects of a similar calibre.
The successful Contracts Manager will be highly motivated, able to work in a busy, pressurised environment, and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm position as the contractor has a growing pipeline of work.

Ensure smooth construction process including Managing all site labour and sub-contractors Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays Relevant qualifications and tickets required: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
