Belfast (In Office 1 day per week) Extensive travel around the UK

£60,000 to £70,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Progression + 25 Holiday Days + Pension

In this role you will lead negotiations, management, and execution of tenders, working with project teams to manage budgets while ensuring quality is delivered as well as conduct risk assessments, mitigate risks and always adhere to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate is prepared to commute to Newry once a week, commute across the UK, comes from a civil engineering background and has contract management experience in commercial civil projects, managing and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

Tender Management.

Budget and cost control.

Site risk management and safety adherence

THE PERSON:

Civils Construction experience of projects between £1Million to £10Million

Project and Program management in civil construction

Contract management, tender submission, client engagement, site management.

Be willing to travel to Newry once per week and extensive travel in UK
