Job Description This contract is across six schools within the area which we are delivering a TFM solution. Responsibilities Ensure all supporting functions sustain operational management to maximise returns in terms of profit and service level. Identify, manage and reduce all unnecessary costs and inefficient activities – ensure business risks are clearly identified and controlled. Provide direction, focus and consistency across the contract. Work closely with the client. Manage performance of delivery teams. Review project schedules and budgets. Ensure that robust on-site procedures are established and employed and undertake daily checks. Identify improvements to overcome problems and mitigate risk. Seek opportunities to improve on provided information for commercial or practical benefit.
