My client, a market leader in bespoke timber kit housing and flatted developments, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth. With two flagship developments launching in 2025, this is your chance to contribute to transformative projects and help shape the future of residential design across Scotland. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met. Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across developments. Implement and maintain robust health and safety standards across all sites. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities. Provide strategic input during pre-construction and planning phases. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential construction, ideally with design-and-build and timber kit projects. Strong knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
