Contract Manager
Salary: Between £48,000.00 & £53,000.00 per annum (DOE), paid monthly on the 28th
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided with a fuel card

Probationary Period: 3 months
Notice Period: 1 month
Holidays: 28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work on our Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects. Ensure all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance. Effectively manage customer relationships and maintain required KPIs on all frameworks. Maintain expected Sales budget for each framework monthly, ensuring accurate management of resources aligned within each budget. Build on existing relationships, identify opportunities for additional work streams and projects, manage the workforce, solve problems, and maintain a productive and positive team environment on site.
Job Location: Head office in Paisley (address provided in the registered office email). You will service clients across Scotland and travel as necessary to fulfil the role.
A valid driving license and DVLA check are required.
