Ensure proposals and supervision from inception to completion of minor and extra works. Ensure reactive, minor, and extra works are completed to building fabric to a high standard and within service level agreements. Ensure that reactive maintenance is carried out to all site fabric assets. Liaise with sub-contractors to obtain quotations prior to preparation of minor and extra works proposals. Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance, and Quality Assurance. Ensure the Fabric Technicians are undertaking work tasks as directed and with suitable H&S awareness/implementation. Monitor compliance with contractual KPI's/SLA's. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within a fabric-based manager role. Qualifications within a trade. Experience with extra works and projects. Able to manage and oversee direct and indirect labour. Able to pass a BPSS site clearance. Experience managing both commercial and operational functions. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
