Position: Contracts Manager
Salary: 75,000 - 87,500 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across Berkshire and Oxfordshire/Surrey areas. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time) site based with other days based from home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from a 2M to 30M in value.
The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:
All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets. Snag free, On Time, RIDDOR free with a Delighted Client.
Will be supported by site teams including project managers, site managers & engineers.
Ideal Candidate:
Industrial/Commercial/Retail build background
Previous experience in a similar role (managing multiple projects)
Proactive approach & Forward thinker
SMSTS minimum
CSCS card
