Contracts Manager (ARV-6715) Bournemouth, England

Salary: GBP70000 - GBP80000 per annum + Package About the Role As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee programming, manage all commercial aspects, and efficiently allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, securing cost-effective agreements, and maintaining quality standards. You will also handle all quantity surveying duties, including cost planning, CVR reporting, and cashflow forecasting. This is a pivotal role, requiring a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, legal compliance, and the ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project finances, including cost estimation, CVR reporting, and cashflow forecasting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and budgets. Lead and motivate site teams to achieve performance and profitability targets. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong experience in construction, with expertise in JCT & NEC contracts. Strong financial and commercial acumen with quantity surveying experience.
