Contracts Manager - Kent & London - Up to £60,000 Plus Benefits
Due to expansion, PW Construction are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who has experience with both Mechanical & Plumbing projects across Kent & London. The successful candidate will be working for a well-established business with over 100 staff across multiple offices in the U.K.
Skills Required:
You must hold a black card (Essential) Managing projects from start to finish Produce clear, accurate and defined scope of work instructions to sub-contractors to ensure accurate delivery within works timeframes. Regular site visits to scope works/projects, monitor works progress, and ensure client expectations are met.
Job Details: Up to £60,000 per annum Company car Company events Private medical insurance Profit sharing
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in a similar role and currently hold a Black CSCS card.
