In this role you will be based in the Letchworth office with one or two days of your week dedicated to site visits primarily around the South-East. Key responsibilities include: Liaising with buyers, clients, quantity surveyors, and the commercial department to ensure the smooth progression of projects. Driving progress and motivating the site manager to perform at their best. Ensuring effective communication between all parties. Coordinating on-site efforts and maintaining strong client relationships. To be considered for this role, you must have extensive leadership experience in construction, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and a deep, practical understanding of building and construction processes.
