We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the construction team and manage all construction-related elements for a high-profile commercial fit-out project (CAT A & CAT B) valued at £110M, located in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team delivering projects at the forefront of the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving project delivery. This position requires a professional who thrives under pressure, excels in decision-making, and contributes effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Project Director to ensure the project is completed within agreed timelines, budget parameters, and safety standards, while meeting or exceeding client expectations. Our ideal candidate will have: Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., BSc / MCIOB – not essential but preferred) A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry At least 5 years in a construction management role This role offers the chance to work on a landmark project and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
