Contracts Manager / Surveyor - Central London
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager or Surveyor looking for a new role in a well-established company with a strong, ongoing workload? My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to manage the delivery of a range of projects, from GBP20k to GBP400k, all focusing on waterproofing and tanking.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Managing client relationships and liaising with contractors and suppliers. Conducting site surveys, preparing quotes, and providing expert advice. Ensuring all projects comply with relevant health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Black CSCS Card SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is highly desirable.
